Our core values
Our mission statement is our code. It is based on our core values, but also on our experiences and it represents the maxim under which our team works, communicates and acts every day – internally and externally. Our code is the engine of our corporate culture and consistent adherence to its content is a matter close to our hearts. Because we firmly believe that striving for success and making a profit can only be fun in conjunction with empathetic, reliable and responsible action.

The Chefs’ Stories team lives more than just compliance. We bring passion for the industries we work for. Burning for the people and talents from the enjoyment environment with whom we can design and develop projects every day.
We trust each other as a team and encourage independence, personal responsibility and a shared spirit. Because we are convinced that we are only strong as a team and can give the best for our customers. We always act according to the following maxims:

Our mission:
We are passionate about people and talents from the culinary world. These include the areas of gastronomy, hotels and tourism. Our know-how is geared towards these industries and is always based on the wishes of our customers in these areas. We find solutions, develop strategies, creative concepts and tailor-made timetables. Our goal is to convey the skills of our protagonists, customers and partners to the outside world, to tell their stories, to show their talents, to promote them, to accompany them, to advise them and to grow with them.
